    its totaly possable. just some work with a sawsall, grinder, and welder. gonna have to make engine mounting brackets and line up the chain. i'd wait til you totally blew up the 230 before i did anything! as far as upgrade...probably not.

    theres some cool video on youtube and they all have 1 ski in front. looks like some fun bashin through the snow. go for it. see if you can get an old snowmobile ski to ductape on the front wheel. sounds like fun to me.
