    Where do you get lemon extract? or do you make them?

    the extracts can be purchased at your local grocery store in the baking section, or for the lemon extract use a bit of fresh lemon juice if you have it, and the same with the orange.

    take your steak, sprinkle with S&P, broil or bake until done, add gorgonzola just before you take it out of the oven. and just put back in oven for a minute to lightly melt cheese,

    when something ask for cider vinegar, they are talking about apple cider vinegar...they are 1 in the same.

    GO GO GO TO THE RESTAURANT.........Most or all restaurants are willing to accommodate such diners as yourself,,not a problem..

    You won't get sick from moldy cheese, fruit or veggies..It may not taste good but otherwise, no problem....You just got a dose of homemade penicillin.

    It is a GREAT idea, check with your local food pantries, church soup kitchens, and local health dept.in regards to help donating and distributing food, storage, and distribution.

    for people who eat/know about cooked mussels?

    I think what you are talking about is/are called green lips mussels compared to the black shelled ones.....Mussels are my favorite too , especially with spaghetti. MMMMMMMMMM or any other way that you fix them is good too.
