    I am sure that is called post traumatic stress syndrome. here is nothing you can do if he will not go to talk to someone that can help him deal with it. The bad thing is, is that a lot of people with this, turn to alcohol and drugs to ease the pain.

    I worked for a huge corporation for many years, and I have seen it change consistently throughout the years for obvious reasons. We were also told "change is good". Go with the flow and be flexable.
