You seem to have a problem with sentences, which I will not hold against you. Let's try to work on that though.
This is what I'm getting from your question:
Why did they stop making the Supra? I read it was not competing with other cars; they said it was [more] advanced than the other cars...
just a sucky ass job. complain and he won't even have that. if he wants a better job, he needs to get one. you can't make a crappy job into a good one.
Quality - about the same. Don't let anyone tell you Nissan has better quality. They're stereotyping because it's japanese. It is not true. Nissan has had quality problems for the last 10 years or so.
Performance - are you serious? You can't compare the performance of a car and an SUV. The...
I dunno if the Ford keys will work or not, but you should be able to get a couple inches out of just tightening it.
If you flip the axle you're going to get about 5" lift - are you sure you want that much?
You're in the wrong place. Find a GTO forum, register and ask away.
You'll only get general advice here, most of which will be wrong. Seriously.
You'll get great advice from people that own your particular car and enjoy working on it. Those people hang out in the forums for your specific car.

Theoretically, a 5W30 and 10W30 are the same viscosity once warmed up. The quality of oil is more important than the thickness, as long as you're using the right weight (5W v/s 10W).
I would go with any full synthetic, Motorcraft Synthetic Blend (yes, you can run Motorcraft in any car), or...

"seals on the cylinder heads"... WTF?
You've had some bad luck and I'm wondering if you're doing something that causes this... perhaps the wrong weight oil? Gimmick oil additives? Not changing the oil every 5,000 miles or so? Leaving the engine running a lot sitting still?
All engines do use...
is that a finding nemo jab? if so, LOL. if not, well, it ain't funny then.
Ok starter... $50
spark plugs - about $1.50 each
battery - $75 max
The thing is these things are required to start and run the car, which obviously means you can't test drive it. Who knows what else is wrong with it...
