Yes they do that, sure. They've done it with iPods since they came out. They do it with Mac OS X. But in this business the competition won't let them pull that kind of thing anymore. Most iPhone users don't even use a Mac. I won't deny there isn't an element of jerking around the customer...

how do i setup the internet for the N86? when i go to the ovi store. it connects to optimum wifi but i dont want it to connect to that. i need to choose where to connect. are you able to use your home wifi to connect to the ovi store? Does the N86 have free maps?
