ATTN: "Lesser of Two Evils" People v.election

That wont work in this election. McCain has the best shot at winning. Besides him, no one but Obama will win without a doubt. So why vote for someone else when its really not going to matter whatsoever?
 
I just don't see HOW you can wage a war against terror.

If it's a war against a country or a group, it's something tangible and of course the US and coalition forces would crush them.

But how do you fight an ideology? Kill leaders and new ones come forwards. For every person we kill, more replace them because they see the dead as martrys.

What is the definition of winning? Killing or arresting every single person who would wish us harm? It's impossible to do and therefore you can never win a war against terror.

I pointed out in another thread that it only takes a VERY small number of people to successfully terrorise a population. The washington sniper.. 2 guys brought a whole city to a standstill. 20 people could do 10 cities and terrorise the whole of America.

It should be a requirement in every state that anyone on the ballot be allowed at any debate within that state. I'd even go so far as to say it should be a federal law, if the fed weren't already overstepping bounds left and right.
 
It has nothing to do with who has a chance at winning, especially not in a state where it's already decided who is getting the electoral votes. It's about voting for the most qualified candidate.

People like you are why we have shit choices year after year.
 
But do you really think voting for the 3rd party year after year is going to gain that said party any credit? You need a strong candidate, plain and simple.
 
In regards to the thread, I do no think enough people share your opinion in that if enough people vote independent that over time the two party political machine will weaken and create room for actual change.
