You're Favorite Film?

One of my current favourites is Miss Congeniality. I'll have to computerise my collection before I can tell you which one is my favourite. They're all stacked in boxes at the moment.

All time favourite? It has to be, without a doubt, The Shining

Kubrick is masterful at the films he made. THis film was the first feature motion picture to usea steadicam (my favourite piece of kit!) and it all just goes together so wonderfully. Dark in places, weird and surreal in others.

No other film beats it!

John.

the Deer Hunter, no question.

sadly bought as gift on DVD when it was in wide screen letterbox, which is useless on a wide screen TV. Its just been re released in anamorphic so Im gonna have to re buy it

Mine would have to be (can't narrow it down to one) Apollo 13, Amercian Beauty, Das Boot, The Dish, Die Hard, Jurassic Park, Moulin Rouge, Shrek, Thirteen Days, Toy Story 2

I saw Amelie recently and thought that was great, can't say its one of my favourites though- yet. Might end up becoming one

My favourite film is Man on The Moon. But I have seen it so much recently. Some of my older favourites are High Plains Drifter, The Searchers, Beverly Hills Cop III, The Truman Show and Jurassic Park.

I know, you asked for one film, but that's impossible.

I would have to say either The Matrix, JFK or All The Presidents Men...

But when Fight Club is on Sky Movies late at night its just one of those films I have to watch... its caused me to go to bed really late on a number of times (and ive even got the film on DVD!!!)

Dan

ps Also chuck Three Kings into my list :D

I'd say the Evil Dead trilogy.

The first one is one of the best horror films ever made, the second is a great comedy horror and the third (aka Army Of Darkness) is just a hilarious comedy.

If I had to pick one, I'd probably go for Army Of Darkness as no matter how many times I see it, it still makes me laugh.

what about ( il postino) the postman a couple of years ago thats a fantastic film but my fave is probly the godfarther part 1

Got to say that The Rock with Nicolas Cage and Sean Connery is a brilliant film.

The sixth Sense with Bruce Willis, Tombstone, Face/Off and more recently, Jeepers Creepers.

All very good in their own right.
