You're Favorite Film?

Laurel & Hardy's - The Music Box - still makes me howl
Clint Eastwood's - Dirty Harry - Gritty, clever - I still count the bullets fired at the end!!!

Wouldn't say i have a single overall favourite but my most watched films would have to be; STAR WARS saga, Alien legacy, Terminators, LOTR, Conan.

Other notible films IMO would be; Gladiator, Good Will Hunting, Matrix, Armageddon, Star Trek features.

I have very broad tastes in films and so it's hard to pick the best of the best and each has it's own merits.
I agree with alot of the other titles mentioned here, but also disagree with one or two terrible choices.

IMO A Film should be entertaining, and well made and alot of my choices, are basied on the fact that these are films that stand the test of time and can be watched over and over again an still be fully enjoyed at each viewing.
My most watched film/s would have to be Star Wars saga with a viewing almost every month.

Back to the future 1

The Great Escape is such a classic. Its hard to believe that they made such a great film so long ago. The whole story is great from start to finish. How they plan to get out, and how it works. But in the end only 3 of them do escape. so unpredictable. Incredible! (and I'm only 17, incase you were thinking I'm 40)

A couple of my favourites are The Shining, and the classic John Carpenter film "The Fog" (great chilling atmosphere for it's age).

I've also just watched "Jeepers Creepers" (it's a decent film, good promising first 45 mins but does turn a bit daft in parts after that).

:)
