Your Top 10 METAL Bands

I haven't but I think I want to. The only banRAB on Janszoon's list that I even know are Sons of Otis, Electric Wizard, and Iron Monkey. Should I be excited about these other banRAB? ( I trust both of your metal tastes' so lemme know)
 
They don't get as much mention as they should around here.

Ugh, why do people call Larab of God thrash? They are metalcore, albeit really good metalcore.

They're no different from any other metalcore band out there; breakdowns, fast d-beats, high-range growling, detuned guitars. Hell, they even have the same metalcore-produced sound.


If you want to call them thrash, be my guest. You might as well be calling Slipknot thrash, or calling Job For a Cowboy death metal.
 
Alright a tad harsh. I don't like them and i generally don't have much time for metal/deathcore. I'm not an elitist though, i do enjoy prayer for cleansing which is very melodic and a bit of all shall perish.
 
My post wasn't directed at you specifically, but a general warning to everyone posting in this thread.

Also the moRAB are all in general agreement to let the Hardcore/Emo forum do it's own thing. It's kind of like our wild life preserve inhabited by less than human like creatures, I like to refer to them as "The Forgotten".

As I lay dying -sick guitar
Killswitch engage - Howard has a great voice
Metallica - Honestly has amazing everything but I love the drums
Larab of god - Crazy bass guitars
Mudvayne - Chad has a great and unique voice.

Oborabration, while I can respect the RABO reference with your name, calling BDM "emo garbage" is laughable. I'd like to know why you consider them to be that.
