True Romance, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Titanic, Romeo & Juliet (1996), Pretty Woman, The Notebook, 27 Dresses, and A Walk to Remember.

All are great romantic movies.. and my personal favorites.. Epic movies with pure love and amazing chemistry..

I watch more romantic movies than I care to admit to anybody. lol. They're just...perfect to watch when I'm curled up in my bed. I especially enjoy movies that are fluffy, don't require much thought but are entertaining and funny enough to watch over and over again.

Love Actually A lot of people have listed this and I pretty much agree with all of the reasons you guys have stated.

How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days For some reason this is my go-to movie when I'm bored or feeling down or whatever. I've watched it a billion times and I still find it funny. I dunno, maybe that makes me lame but I really enjoy this movie.

Music and Lyrics Finally watched this recently and I can't believe I waited so long. I fully blame my friend in the delay of my seeing this wonderful movie. Last year on March 6 (I remember because it was the last day of comprehensive exams & my mom's bday), we were trying to decide on what movie to see. I wanted to watch Music and Lyrics but she didn't want to because she doesn't like Hugh Grant so we ended up seeing Night at the Museum. Heh, yeah. Anyways, this is now creeping up and replacing How to Lose as my 'go-to' movie. I love the banter between Alex and Sophie and all of Alex's witty lines.

"I've been living with a shadow overhead, I've been sleeping with a clown above my bed...Clown is not right. What is that word?"
"It's cloud."
"Oh right! Well, clearly. How could I possibly read-"
"Why would there be a clown in your bed?"
"Let me tell you, it would not be the first time."
"Yeah, I'm not surprised."
"Just write in capital letters.."
"Here, why don't you write it?"
"Yes, you dictate, I'll write. And I'll write like a human, not a small pekanese dog."

Just Like Heaven Really cute movie. And I like Mark Ruffalo even more in this than in 13 Going on 30. Although I love in that too. :)

Never Been Kissed I've loved this for years and I'm still not tired of it.

What a Girl Wants Guilty pleasure movie, I'll admit. This is like the one thing that Amanda Bynes doesn't annoy me in. lol. I dunno, her voice isn't as whiny as it is in her other stuff? Or I just don't notice because I'm looking at Colin Firth and Oliver James? Heh. :D

The Taming of the Shrew (1960's version with Elizabeth Taylor), Shakespeare Retold: The Taming of the shrew, Pretty Woman, A Walk to Remember, The Notebook

I agree with you completely.
City of Angels is gorgeous.
I've always been quite fond of that movie as well.
Along with Love & Basketball.
I also really liked Save the Last Dance.

I also adore The Princess Bride and The Phantom of the Opera.
:)

And I just saw Moulin Rouge for the first time the other day.
I fell in love with it and yes, it made me cry.
:(

Tina-Let me know how Silk is when you get it.
:)

I liked the films
Notting Hill, Finding Neverland and Ae fond kiss

They all talk about nearly impossible love and the "fioght" about it, thats very great =)
I love the soundtrack from Notting Hill, too. It undelined the romantic of this film.

=1.Sleepless in Seattle - one of my fave movies of all time and equal number 1 on my list - because I love Meg and Tom and I love the storyline - and it has a cute soundtrack too :) I have watched it a million times and never ever get tired of it :)

=1. The Notebook - again the actors/characters are  and the passion exuded by Ryan and Rachel on screen is just first class - I love that they loved each other right until the end - it gives my somewhat pessimistic heart some hope

=1. Pretty Woman - Probably my most favourite movie ever *i'm sure I will think of others too add to that list ;)* - but watching Vivian/Edward's relationship blossom always brings a smile too my face - again a killer soundtrack as well :D Julia is just perfect - no one else could have played Vivian but her IMO

=2. When Harry Met Sally - I love the falling in love with the best friend storyline - I'm a sucker for it  and I love how Meg and Billy just bounce off of each other - so cute :) - has one of my fave scenes in a movie : the orgasm scene :lmao:

=2. Love Actually - Has some of my fave actors/actresses in it, the christmas theme, fab soundtrack, and the whole movie just brings a smile too my face :) and the scene with Hugh Grant's character - David dancing - makes me laugh like crazy every time - just thinking of him in Four Weddings and a Funeral - then too Love Actually -

3. A Lot Like Love - another movie about friends that are destined for each other :lol - so cute - Ashton is  - sweet soundtrack again :D I love how he sings Bon Jovi for Emily

4. A Walk to Remember - I love Shane West - and its such a sweet storyline - he genuinely falls in love with Jamie - and then loses her :( so sad but so bittersweet - their love is deep and true - I love that he sticks with her when he finds out that she's sick - he doesn't just take off - that shows so much character and strength - and love

I have heaps more - but can't think right now......will b back later :)
