ethnicity/race/culture? Do you ever stop to think how truly amazing and diverse the world is??? We have so much history behind us that we will never know...amazing empires...people...stories...

Do you ever wonder what is like to be part of another culture? Do you ever wish you could experience that culture as a native inhabitant?

Do you ever wonder and fantasize what is it like to be Lativian, Nigerian, Azri, Swedish, Japanese, Thai, Russian, Icelandic...etc??????
part of me is very curious...I just want to know because I find other cultures so interesting...another part of me wants to understand their perspective...how they see the world and interpret history...
After 9/11 there were times when I wore a hijab just because I wanted to know how Muslims were treated...you know what I mean?

I ENJOY HAVING NATURAL BIG LIPS, beautiful CHOCOLATE SKIN, BREAST AND ASS... I'm also entertained by the amount of haters there are of blacks! However, I do wish I had the privilege of knowing the native tongue of my ancestors! I find interesting cultures in every race, except whites and europeans..they're kinda boring and uptight to me! I think Chinese cultures is really beautiful and admirable but I wouldn't want to be chinese though!

yes. to have a firm ground on your culture and where your from would be nice, for me anyway. but im fine with my mushpot race. i used to want to be white but now i realize that that is SO wrong! just be proud of who you are everyone.

wow! at the part about you wearing a hijab just to feel and experience the world through someone else's eyes, that part just surprised me and I think that's a pretty amazing and powerful thing to do in my opinion. You are probably a really wonderful person and you sound very empathetic. I wish I had that humanitarian nature and guts to experiment with social perspectives like you.
Yes, I agree, it would be very interesting and educating to see what it's like in someone else's shoes and truly feel what they go through on a daily bases and how different their perspective of the world is. This is not the same but, I live in a different country than my native one...so my family and I've had to assimilate to a different culture and in a way experience something very new and become someone else(while still maintaining our cultural identity). I guess the only way to come close to understanding everyone, since we can't be everyone, is just to always be open and constantly learn about different parts of the world and other people's different traditions and struggles.
