Yeah, I contacted my agent as soon as I could and told him nothing but the truth. He seems to think I have a strong claim compared to hers, so I'm really not too worried about that. She just had to create more problems for everyone else when it was clearly
her fucking fault.
I would have driven into the grass if there weren't snow and a huge ass cliff.

There isn't a police report, but we both have contacted our insurance and it's hopefully being taken care of right now. She needs to get whats coming for her, with the way she thinks, acts, and drives, just warrants her a good ass-whoopin'.
And the whiplash, fucking blows. The pain is just
always there, and makes it hard to concentrate on anything. The pills don't really help much either, they just make me hella sleepy and useless.
Exactly. She should be paying for any damages done, as it was fully her fault and my car should return as it was before. It's that simple, but people have to make it more difficult than it should be. I've already filed in all the hospital charges, and records, and hopefully that should be fully covered by her and her insurance company.
Right. I don't see why you insist to criticize or try to teach me how to drive when I clearly didn't cause this or do any harm to anyone else. I would have slid either way I tried, and she would have hit me either way. And this was the first time I've ever seen traffic stopped on that bridge in the 12 years I've lived up here, so it really didn't cross my mind.
