Yahoo go

It is supposedly included on the N80 Internet Edition, which implies Yahoo is developing a 3rd Edition version. Some people here claim to have the N80ie; perhaps one of them will tell us if it includes Yahoo Go.

I hope they come out with a version for 3rd Edition because really the lack of good software for 3rd Edition is ridiculous. More companies should be jumping on the Symbian bandwagon to promote their content.

neoufo51,

You are totally correct in your assessment of the failure of others from jumping on the Symbian bandwagon. It is not like any major profits are not to be made for Nokia really does leads the way (at least in my opinion) in producing very good N-series products along with others in its vast repertoire.

sweet dude i was just able to get this recently after more than a few weeks of searching. was gonna post up but youve done it already. much appreciated. however i came across a disclaimer that said it doesnt seem to work with E series....dont know the truth to this as i dont have an e series and once i got the app, i didnt really care anymore.

Hi X-Man germ,
Many thanks for the info I have the sis downloaded but had heard it didn't work on the N93 although i fail to understand why they can' just add it to the approved list.

Marc

I do not understand also. We bought a flagship model from nokia (expensive) and it seems that the cheaper models are supported first. I will not be buying the N95 when it first is available, if at all because of the slow response for 3rd apps being developed.

works on a n73. however, i cant find a way to set an audible notification when new mail arrives....on my my 6681, it used a default tone but i also remember not being able to change it...i agree with everybody else tho....re software.

the way nokia and yahoo set up this yahoo go thing sucks. esp here in north america. who knows if they will officially release it here....wm5 and bb are all the rage. even if cingular just became a symbian affiliate.
