Would two twelve inch kickers and a kicker amp sound decent?

I have 300 watt rear and front alpine speakers as well. My guy is trying to hook me up with this pretty good deal. Are kickers a good choice? I don't need a shitload of bass so everyone in the neighborhood can hear it but I want some clear loud bass that will not distort the music.
 
Kickers are a very good brand but it is all based on opinion. It is also based on the size of the amp as well. As long as you are getting a good deal then I say go for it.
