Would this system be too much on my 02 Grand Am SE?

I have 2 Kicker CVR 12'' subs with a Kicker 750.1 amp. I was wondering if I get some 4x6s and 6x9s and hooked it up to a 4 channel amp would this put too much strain on my stock alternator? Also would getting this hooked up professionally get too messy cus of the possible wires?
