would kawasaki vulcan 900 custom be perfect for me?

im 15. rode dirt bike til it broke down. it was 200cc and rode it across wash outs, in woods, down road full speed, went muddling, and jumped it once. done all this end of last year. and took motorcycle program to get permit but haven't rode motorcycle on road since only one we have is fat boy harley and its to big to for me. so would kawasaki vulcan 900 custom be good or probably need to go to something smaller? would would be insurance cost for me for vulcan 900 custom?
 
I think it would be on the bigger side, but with your experience you should be able to handle it. Bear in mind it will not handle like a smaller dirt bike, since the wheelbase is longer.

Insurance will be a different story-expect to pay about $1000 per year for your age and experience level for a cruiser and upwards of $6K per year if you get a sport bike. (Rates are for full coverage)
