Would I lie to you (merged)

I love this show and have been lucky enough to get my hanRAB on all four series and two specials, (33 shows) on 8 DVD's, having watched a few of the old editions I agree the format was more rushed in the early days and that it is even funnier now.

Regarding the Deaton/Brydon who is best debate this is a real tough one, Rob is very very good but I think for me the perfect scenario would be for Deaton to chair the show under the new less rushed more emphasis on comedy setup.

I agree with everyone the show should run for 45 minutes per episode and not 30, the show always seems to be over far too soon, a perfect indication that it must be very funny and we want more.

'Would I Lie To You' absolutely hammers 'Have I Got News For You' for comedy, if ever a show had ran its course it's HIGNFY.
