Would I lie to you (merged)

No, I like this. Take it as read that he's going to overdo it, but it adRAB to the chemistry and banter. Lee Mack has already taken an oblique swipe at his Ronnie Corbett impressions with ~"No I can't do one and even if I could, I wouldn't keep doing it"

I liked Rob's impressions shtick and Lee's reaction 'don't', just keeps things bubbling along.
David has his angry ranting shtick.
I don't have a particular preference for either Angus or Rob, as long as I find it funny, just different personalities.

Martin Clunes is a good value guest on these things, the couple of times I've seen him in real life 'off duty' he seems to have a permanent $hit eating grin on his face, just a happy, funny chap.

I think this series has been so good, every one has had me in stitches. I've always enjoyed the show, but this time it just seems even better.
I love Rob Brydon and Lee Mack anyway, and all the guests so far this series have been people I like too.
Brilliant programme.

I'm finding I'm disliking him more the more I see him. He didn't do any impersonations last night, but he was still annoying. For example, answering the 7x5 question that was addressed to a contestant.

It feels a tad disingenuous to say that this show was back on form tonight as it is so consistently good, but for me the past couple of weeks have been quieter following the now infamous 'horse renting' episode.

Rhod Gilbert was great and I'm not his biggest fan. I also thought Rufus Hound was very quick with some of his comments.

But as usual, it is the great chemistry David Mitchell and Lee Mack - plus David's brilliant rants - that make it for me. 'There's something about wind that is different to burglars' :D

Great panel show, best on the box at the mo IMO.

My stomach actually hurt afterwarRAB because I was laughing so much!

I was wondering why they seemed to be rushing through the earlier stories - must have been so they could spend so much time on that.

I think she could have done with her hair doing, it looked terrible!

But other than that (!) I love this show. Brydon is great and I like that every now and then they give him a go. Deayton was just as useless on this as on HIGNFY, no rapport with the regulars or the contestants and reading out bad jokes with that smug expression.

David Mitchell is fantastic when he gets going. Lee Mack I'm less keen on but he's still good. And I like that they don't just have the same old comedians on all the time.

I've always quite liked this show but this current series is just brilliant. I don't know what happened but long may it continue. I watch each episode more than once and laugh out loud even on a second viewing.

Like many others I love David Mitchell's rants and he and Lee Mack work well off each other.

I was in pain during the Horse story - one of the funniest things I have seen in ages. Even the other panellists were in tears. I'm glad they gave it due respect even though other bits may have been binned. Come on Beeb give it a XL show.

And completely agree that it is refreshing to have different guests to other shows and that they all get to join in.

I had to prise open my bedroom door for SEVEN years as a child, before the idea came up of buying a new door! BEAT THAT MITCHELL!!! :D

Unfortunately I was too young to pull off any naughty tricks on women :o

I've always loved this show since it started. Its more reliable than Mock the Week these days to get the belly ache laughs!

My only fear is that they run out of interesting truths about Lee and David....then what?!
