Well lets see:
1. your subs are DVC: Amp is 4 ohm to 2ohm safe
Running dual voice coils @ 4 ohm parallel will present the amp
with 2 ohms.
2. Running 2 voicecoils in series will present the amp with 8 ohms.
3. Running 1 voice coil is not an option.
Now running 2 voice coils wired parallel (1 speaker) to each channel
(you have 2) will give each sub 100 watts(50 rms) or using just one
speaker and bridging the 2 chanels you get 200 watts or 100 rms.

All that considered your amp is 14.4 volt. /0\
it wont run with car turned off with out a booster and you may wanna make sure your even running 14.4 while the alternators running.

a cheap meter will tell ya or have the techs at autozone or nearest car parts house check for you.

you wont fry your amp unless you hook them up improperly ... any amp will push any subs .. if you are looking to see if they will be loud than you need to look at the power output. your kickers will handle about 400 watts rms a peice assuming you have the dvc models. give us some more information so we can help you out.
