Worst Film You've Ever Sat through....

Bounce - With Gwyneth Paltrow and Ben Affleck.

I can understand why Ben would end up in one of the worst films of all time but I thought better of Gwyneth!
 
Well siad. ThreaRAB like this cheese me off no end. People will insist on turning them into list threaRAB for films that failed to live up to the hype.
 
Yes.. this is what I'm asking all you cinema goers. What is the absolute worst film you have chosen to go to at the cinema? Maybe you left before the end, just because it was too bad. :mad:
I left Turner & Hooch (woof!) well before the end some years ago now, but that sticks in my mind as not exactly too riveting, despite Hooch's excellent performance. I cheated recently and saw the ending on tv. Little Hooch puppy! Sweet.
I also remember 9 and a half weeks as one I walked away from, midthrough. Again, some years ago. You know, the 'erotic' pairing of Rourke and Basinger didn't really do it for me. I seem to remember it was a highly rated film at the time, but maybe not. Over to you......
 
I watched Halloween 3: Season of the Witch recently. I knew it didn't have Michael Myers in it and has been disowned as being a part of the Halloween franchise, but I didn't really care about that...as long as the storyline was still interesting, I could live with it.

It wasn't.

Dullest piece of crud I've watched in a while. For a supposed horror film, it wasn't even scary. The only "highlight" was that they were brave enough to show a child character dying on screen, which rarely happens even in horror films.
 
Johnny English.... awful awful film. Truly awful. The only time I have ever got up and walked out of a film at the cinema.

I don't watch many films so any invitation to a take-away and a film always brings back the worst memory of a couple of hours sitting through Dead Poets Society ..... yawning and restless wanting for it to end. Robin Williams: I just do not 'get' his humour ..... in fact, is he really funny? :confused:
 
Yeah me too. The ending stunned me, I was gobsmacked! Surely invoking that response is better than the usual 'happy ever after' hokum Hollywood usually churn out. A brave move I thought.
 
Wedding Crashers.

Okay, yes I know it's meant to be funny -- and at times it can be -- its just that:

1. It has 30+ guys trying to be Porkies all over again.

2. The whole movie subplot about the girl dumping the guy after she finRAB out he is crashing weddings for girls is ruined in the last 10 minutes of the movie where she basically asks him to take her to crash a wedding.... but, wait a minute, wasn't the whole reason why you dumped him was because of the crashing of weddings? URGH!
 
Moulin Rouge - I really expected to love that film, I wanted to love it, I hated every single second of it, to this day I can't listen to Our Song without breaking into a cold sweat.
