Worst Film You've Ever Sat through....

Well you'd best stick to Disney type films then with lovely, happy endings, you know, just like real life. But well done for spoiling the ending for anyone who's not seen it by not putting in spoiler tags.

CrossroaRAB with Britney, what made it worse was my friend who I went with at the time loved it so wouldn't leave the cinema with me, so I was stuck watching.

The only film I've ever walked out of at the cinema was Swimfan. Just awful. Got close to walking out of Cabin Fever but stayed and was glad because it gets so ridiculously bad that it's utterly hilarious.

Recently nearly walked out of Superbad (does what it says on the tin) and Premonition (pointless and dull dull dull)

Agree with lots mentioned here already- Lost In Translation, Titanic, Pearl Harbour, Vanilla Sky. Never watched A.I but someone spoiled it for me and made me glad I never bothered :D

spiderman 3 got pretty bad- though the first half was ok

I liked both american remakes but

ring 2- awful
the grudge 2- also pretty horendous
recent comedy with jason biggs and isla fisher- I walked out

A.I.
Signs
Million Dollar Baby

All ones I would have left if I was alone, then found out my frienRAB wanted to do the same thing too.

Running With Scissors I was alone for but I was the only person in the screening and I had to kill time before meeting people so I just sat and played games on my phone. Terrible film.

There Will Be Blood
The Hurt Locker

two of the most overhyped and boring films of recent times, they are in essence useless.

There are plenty of films on this thread that I am thinking WTF! Did we see the same films!

However, I echo sentiments in relation to Alexander (I've never wanted a film to end so badly), AI (), Pearl Harbour () and possibly the worst film I've ever seen, Lost in Space

I would also like to nominate anything with Ben Stiller in, the man sucks the life out of every film he's ever been in and I just want to hurt him. That said, I have never been to the cinema to see a film with him in it.

The history boys by far, nothing will ever come close to that!

Wasn't my choice of film, we took our foreign exchange students to the cinema and someone chose that film. I just went along with it having no idea what the film was about. Anyway half of us ended up walking out half way through lol!

After being aghast at some of the choices here, I'm now going to name a film that, judging by the box office takings and DVD sales, is a favourite for many people.

Last night I saw Mamma Mia.

I've been trying to think of anything positive to say about it, but I just can't. It was truly, truly hideous. Everything about it was terrible.

I have loved Meryl Streep, Julie Walters and Christine Baranski in other things. But here, all three of them were loud, screechy, and unbearable to watch. Meryl Streep was particularly excruciating during badly directed scenes like the one in which she was writhing around on a roof.

Colin Firth wasn't too bad (same as ever) but I'm not sure I'll ever recover from Pierce Brosnan's 'singing'.

I really can't see anything good about it at all. And it's not that I don't like musicals. I enjoyed Chicago and Moulin Rouge, and even Hairspray was pretty good. But this ... this was just utterly cringeworthy. Other than money, I can't possibly imagine how they got so many big and respected names to do such dross.

Definitely one of the worst films I've ever seen. Badly written, acted, directed and sung.

I walked out of Surf's up after 10 minutes today.....not because it was crap but because I couldn't be arsed. It is a kiddies film but I thought it would be a laugh.....you'll watch anything when you've got an unlimited card !.....
