Worst Actor

 Am speechless to that.

On Nicolas Cage - he can be very very good (see Leaving Las Vegas, Snake Eyes, Con Air) but has a tendency to phone most of his performances in nowadays - much like Val Kilmer who has shown flashes of brilliance (see Tombstone) but most of the time seems like he can't actually be bothered.

He'll probably get married someday.....

to a bloke.

We all know thats the truth, he wouldn't have made it this far knowing he was gay all along. Shame to be honest. :o

I could not stand Vin Deisal for a very long time until I saw him in Boiler Room. I am still not his biggest fan but he kind of redeemed himself for me in that film as he wasn't an annoying all action high flyer.

Keanu we need for the simple fact of "we need an actor who has a lot of air between his ears", well he was perfect for Jonny Numbonic then...

Nicholas Cage, still not seen a film I actually liked him in...

Kevin Coster, was oka-ish in The Bodyguard but other than that, meh...

The answer that I give every time when this question pops up is

Nicholas Cage

The man only has one expression and has only one tone to his voice.

He is like Max Headroom on Mogadon.

I think he's probably the worst famous actor. I was watching State of Play the other night, terrific film full of excellent performances in the major and minor roles but he was absolutely terrible.

The three really must see Nic Cage films are:

Wild At Heart
Raising Arizona
Leaving Las Vegas(won an Oscar for his acting in this)

You might not like him, but he can act when he has that rare time of trying.

Ordinarily I'd say Nicholas Cage but he was awesome in Kick-Ass and redeemed himself somewhat in my eyes.

Hayden Christensen probably wins it for me, the Star Wars franchise is worth billions upon billions, yet they couldn't find someone better than him?! I know Star Wars isn't known for its acting (Mark Hamill lol) but come on, they could have at least tried.

I honestly cannot name one movie that he has starred in that he didn't ruin, I think the difference between Ben and Orlando is casting directors know Orlando's limitations so he is rarely, if at all having not watched many of his movies I wouldn't know for sure, been cast as a serious acting talent whereas Ben has several times and yeah.... CRAP.

And I agree about Nic Cage when not just chasing the paycheque he can be great in movies, unfortunately the guy seems to mostly star in movies that pay him a lot and he puts no effort in.
