World Wrestling Entertainment Discussion X (Spoilers)

JR misses not working Raw but hates the travel. Can't have one without the other - on top of that the guy who does PBP on the Sooners games is retiring this season. JR Wants that job badly...

He can commentate on anything thats not wrestling under his current contract. He sometimes sounRAB like he's angling for a deal with UFC/Strikeforce too. Football would be his number one choice though - listening to him call that would be weird...

That's great news :D I really hope they keep him on screen in some capacity, he is absolute gold on the mic even when he's trying to do some classic British rapping :D

ETA: I've got to link this again http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i4tixWbJtIg - sterling performance

Still no sign of this pic of the script I see. I've looked everywhere I usually lurk in on the net but nobody seems to have seen it.

I was a bit dissapointed at the PPV but it was decent

I liked the faces getting one over on team raw and the Edge/Mysterio moment gave me a glow when they teamed in 2002 and it made me remember that.

I was pissed with the Buried Alive match but that was because of the Nexus interuption don't they have enough going on without having to get involved in SD buisness. Was I the only one who thought Lesnar was going to help Kane bury Taker?

lol. My point is though whilst I wasn't Cryme Tyme's biggest fan, whenever they where a tag team they had a fanbase and where good to elevate heel tag teams to become number 1 contenders. Now as single wrestlers they'd be better released, same point with London & Kendrick, Mexicools (if you can remember them), Cade & Murdoch, Harts soon, The Colons, Hawkins & Archer (although Archer might be OK by himself) none of these have really benefitted anyone so why split up the Harts?

All I'm saying is what's the point in doing this whenever the Harts are similiar to some of these tag teams and it's benefitted none of them.

Don't they give the info when they're 'checking' on someone if they're hurt, or if he's shouting at them to break it up?

Also, I heard once that the ring announcer was vital to this, giving signals to the referee as to how much longer the match has? Or do the refs go soley on the earpiece?

And lastly, who were the most subtle wrestlers to give instructions? You could always tell when Jericho was doing it, but which ones are really sly at it?

Show was alright. Bryan's match being the highlight.

Show felt like a 3 hour SD, which isn't the best thing to do for a PPV buying audience.

Bragging Rights should be axed as a concept. It's one month before another multi tag themed PPV, plus BR was only created to flog the Raw vs SD computer game. I can't think of anyone buying the game based on the BR ppv.
