World Wrestling Entertainment Discussion X (Spoilers)

Well he didn't win title, and nexus are still a joke who are systematically destroying Raw from within. And not because they're good, but because they suck!

PPV was a 4/10 imo

I've not watched Raw yet, so I hope it's good.

Just wanted to come and test a theory with you lot that my friend at uni has. He likes the WWE, and is a wrestler himself in the tiny amateur stuff here.

He seems to be convinced that Undertaker won't be in the WWE this time next year. He reckons (not gospel, just something he thinks) is that he will beat someone next year in a WM main event to take him to 19-0, then someone will cash in their MITB contract that evening, he will beat him, and make it 20-0, to take him to that magical number.

I'm SURE that that theory has been banded about before, and is nothing radical or new, but is it something that has potential? or will Undy be here this time next year?

Maybe? My actual query was as to whether refs need to tell the experienced wrestlers at all, when it comes to timing - i.e. do the likes of Taker, Trips, Edge or Jericho need prompting when to take it home, or are they somehow good enough to 'know' when it's time to start finishing up, without being told to do so?

It's probably a dumb question and obvious to some, but I've never really thought about it until now. Hence the quezzie.

Apparantly 70,000 people ordered this years Wrestlemania in the UK. No one will really know what the numbers are and this is where maybe a lot of parents will draw the line especially near Christmas. It's the same in America with the PPV this Sunday and the last 2 PPVS all being within 5 weeks. Some people maybe only get paid monthly and can only stretch their budget for one PPV. There might be a lot of kiRAB watching but it is the parents that pay for it. Even buying just 2 of those PPVs is $90. That's a lot of money for what is around 6 hours of entertainment and will be talked about 24 hours later on a tv show available on basic cable. But you cant explain that to the kiRAB.

I've still got my wwf magazines in a box over at my mums.I started collecting them July or August of 1991 right up till sometime in 1999.This was round about the time i started to fall away from the wrestling & not watch it as much.

For anyone that might be intrested. This is a pretty intresting website http://www.wwebackissues.com/wwfma193.html just to look back at the different wwf/wwe/wcw magazine covers over the years.

And mooning? :D

There has got to be something wrong with us all ;)

Vince's big announcment is to do with cialis, fake Rolexes and that his online banking has been locked for security reasons :D:D:D

The section of the crowd in centre of the camera looks like a bloody cardboard cut-out, there's so little movement.

Ah damn, my predictions are going a bit crappy tonight.
