but then again, i'm a little biased! :blush: great choices though.. i'm not much for Katie Holmes or Jessica Alba either, but i agree... even they wouldn't be terrible in the role.. I'm thinking if they're looking for someone younger it should be Eliza or Charisma.. but to me, Lauren Graham just looks so much like the part.. but again.. that's just me.. :)
 
I've also read a few articles and stuff and saw that Kim Basinger's name is being tossed around??? I'm sorry but I do not think she is good for the role AT ALL. no no no.

I also read one article about Mischa Barton, and at the end of the article it said, Ironically Mischa's costar Rachel Bilson dressed up in the Wonder Woman outfit last season and looked killer. It's a wonder she's not being considered?

I so agree w/ that statement. Rachel should be considered before Mischa.
 
Ooo I used to love Wonder Woman!

My choices would be either Eliza Dushku or Charisma Carpenter. But unfortunately I heard that Joss will probably not cast someone in the Buffyverse. If I can find the source where that came from I'll post it. Also he said that he will prob write Wonder Woman as a woman in her early to mid twenties. Unfortunately that leaves out a few good other choices such as Lauren Graham and Catherine Zeta-Jones.

Besides those people I could also see the "unlisted" girls as Christie put it: Rachel Bilson or Erica Durance.

Some of the opinions are just plain hysterical such as Lindsay Lohan lol. People have some vivid imaginations.

Yea hopefully someone with enough experience and someone who could pull it off will be picked. I hate anticipating a movie so much, and then having it suck. I really was disappointed in the CatWoman movie, in my opinion it was plain aweful, so hopefully we have a rockin' WW movie.
 
^ yeah that would be different and cool. someone of a different ethnicity than caucasian maybe too. As long as they pick someone who can just put off an energy of strength and independence, any type of girl could work
 
I think it really depends on how they are going to tell the story of WW. If they start out with backstory (and i think this is the most likely to make room for sequels) then i think Charisma or Erica should play her. If they are looking for an older WW, then i think they should choose either Lauren or Angie.
 
Why not consider a blond to play the role of Wonder Woman, instead of a brunette?. Just for a change, maybe...
 
Mischa Barton? Oh I really hope that's not true. I really can't see her as Wonder Woman. It's nothing against her, she just is not right for the part at all, IMO.

i really hope they're not going for a 20(something)-year old WW, cause i'm not sure the actresses mentiond for that part would be able to carry it of. I mean, it's gonna be huge and i would hate to see it getting wrecked cause the actress isn't experienced enough!

Angelina Jolie - defiently not she would be too cliche
Charisma Carpenter - she is amazing i would love to see her play WW
Eliza Dushku - she would be really good as well but i think someone more fresh looking would be better
Jennifer Garner - too skinny we need someone with womanly features
Jessica Alba - she is major hot but i just dont see it
Lauren Graham - i think she looks identical - i think she would be great
Lucy Lui - NO WAY!!!
Lucy Lawless - no way she looks like a man
Salma Hayek - wouldnt fit
Sarah Michelle Gellar - too flaky i think she would just look lame
Uma Thurman - not pretty enough - i do like her i just dont think she has the right features
 
First choice would be Lauren Graham. :yay:

Second choice CZJ. I think she could kick some butt.

Third choice. . . .i don't know I guess Charisma Carpenter, But for some reason i don't know if she could pull it off, I think she might. she's never really done a huge movie before so it would be kinda like a fresh face . She looks the part but i dunno she might be able to do it. Probably not though, Joss is picking people outside the Buffyverse.

I think those are the 3 choices i'm gonna stick with.
