Will this Enclosure fit my Sub right?

The box has 1.49 cu. ft. and your sub is rated at 1.70 cu. ft. That's a .21 cu. ft. difference, but you should be okay.
 
Thats actually a good box.Its constructed with 3/4 inch MDF instead of 5/8" wood wich is more dense.Much better.As far as the TYPE R requirements,this bos is a good choice for louder bass or SPL.Grant it a sealed type would produce a more accurate bass response,but if you if you you want to be heard from afar...good choice in my opinion.
