if they are single voice coil subs wire the like this at 4 ohms

if they are dual voice coil subs and you want to blow them up....wire them like this at 2 ohms

yes at 4 ohms, so make sure if you wire the subs separate or together that they are at 4 ohms, 2 ohms will put out a lot more power then the 4 in this case.
