I'm not saying black people are moving to my suburb yet. However, they might be. Since i'm fussy about money, i would like to think about long term concerning estate prices. I just want to make sure that... If black people would moved [not likely] to my suburb and bring their culture and their lifestyle. Would estate price depreciate?
