I'm 5'4 and weight 160lbs. I workout 2-4 times a week, depending on the week. I would really like to get down to 135lbs by March 2011, however I have a short term goal of losing close to 10lbs in 3weeks. I've done from reading and have decided to change up my diet. What are your thoughts? Do you think i'll be able to achieve my goals with what I'm doing and is this healthy?
TYPICAL DAILY MEAL PLAN
Breakfast 7am - Slim Fast Shake
Snack 9am - Fat Free Publix Yogurt w/ Low Sugar Granola
Lunch 11:30am - Lean Turkey Chilli/ Sweet Potato & Can of Tuna
Snack 1:30am - Carrots/Strawberries/Low Fat Cheese Stick
Snack 3:30pm - Carrots/Strawberries/Low Fat Cheese Stick
Dinner 5:00pm - Slim Fast Meal Bar (in the car)
Snack 7:00pm - Banana
WORKOUT
Post Workout 8:30pm - Protein Shake - 1 scoop GNC Pro Performance® AMP Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60
I'm trying to cut out eating after 6pm, but at 6pm I'm still in the car driving home. Hence the reason for the Meal Bar. I may add a small salad into the mix. Maybe after I workout and have my protein shake.
