Will kicker cover my subwoofer?

Hey,

My sub all of a sudden stopped working. It makes weird noises. I never played it super loud.

I took it out of the box, and the plastic cone actually snapped right where it connects to the magnet...WTF!! lol. its retarded, would the warranty cover this?
 
It definetly should be covered! They will probably ask you what kind of amp, what kind of box, but if you werent overpowering the sub, or had it in the wrong box, they definetly should warranty it! (as long as its still under warranty). But the best thing to do would be just to call them directly and ask!
