will kicker 200w amp run 2 12" kicker subs at 150w each?

the amp is a KICKER ZX200.2 CAR AUDIO 200W 2CH AMP AMPLIFIER XOVER
RMS Wattage: 200 2-Channel RMS Power Ratings:70 watts x 2 chan. @ 4 ohms
100 watts x 2 chan. @ 2 ohms
200 watts x 1 chan. @ 4 ohms
Peak Power Ratings:
140 watts x 2 chan. @ 4 ohms
200 watts x 2 chan. @ 2 ohms
400 watts x 1 chan. @ 4 ohms
im not going to run it as loud as it goes i just don't have the money
