Will Jason Elam the #1 kicker be a hall of famer?

he has the longest field goal in NFL history (63 yards) he has the 6th most points by a kicker in NFL history. He has the most attempts and soon to be the most made ... in about a year or two. your thoughts?
 
never. there will NEVER be a punter/kicker in the hall of fame. ray guy was the best of either and he won't make it. the kickers with the best shots? adam vinatieri and matt stover.
 
Never be a kicker in the hall of fame? I believe there are two. Elam wont make it.

Jan Stenerud is a kicker only, and Lou Groza played many positions, but I think kicker was what sent him in.
