a day? so i used to run 3 miles a day EVERY DAY. in other words 21 miles a week and that was all my workout ws oh and iw as only comsumign 1,500 calories a week and i have a six pack and am ripped and all that yadda yadda blah blah. anyways for the past 2 day i have started doing 5 miles a day. with weight workouts for my thighs will doign this from now on make me faster and have better cardio? also i know ill have to increase my calorie intake so what should i be taking in? and if i continue doing 5 miles a day with thigh workouts could i compete with feloow runners like on a school track team? how would i do against them in a 3 mile run and in the 100m? thanks! sorry fer the lots of Q's
the school track team is division 4 in a small town of about 13,000 and i'm a guy thats 15, 5'4 and 109 pounds if that helps
