Will a single 12" Pioneer Premier TS-W3001D4 be enough?

I have a Dodge 2500 quad cab, and I'd like to mount the speaker(s) under the back seat. The TS-W3001D4 uses a small box and will work perfectly with my amp (Kicker zx1000.1). I want to have bass I can cruise to, and on occasion, turn it up and destroy some brain cells. It seems like the Pioneer is a well rounded sub. It hits as low as 20 hz and has a sensitivity of 88 db (I've read 92 db in the owners manual). Both are better specs than the Kickers and I can fit it in a box that suits it. Is 1 of these 12's going to be enough to do some damage in a sealed 1.0 cu-ft box?

A Dodge 2500 quad cab is a big truck. I do not think only one 12" is going to be enough. It will sound much better with two.
