So when summer starts I'm starting the process of dying my hair pink which requires me to get my hair platinum blonde first (I know it's going to kill my hair, blah blah blah). I have a plan to first use L'oreal Colorzap (a hair color stripper with a little bit of bleach in it) one or two times and then bleach my hair. I'll probably then have to use a toner to get it platinum. First I was considering Clairol Creme Toner, but after some more research I'm thinking Manic Panic Virgin Snow?? But I hear that it fades fast. Anyways, my question is, if I use a protein filler on my hair before I use the toner, will it make the toner last? I just really want the pink to turn out nice--which it only will on super light blonde hair!
Somebody please help me! Someone must know the answer to my question! And if anyone else has tips to getting my hair to be platinum blonde, I'd love to hear them!
