highly unlikely without some modificiations. I know they look slightly different ... could go to some place that sells plastics kits to check various part numbers to see if they cross over ... but I doubt they would be a straight bolt on conversion between that many years gap...
but they might.
I know on a '92 KDX versus a 1999 KDX, the plastics were quite different ... so I sould suspect the same on a KX
