Likely, no. Generally, colleges look at AP scores only to determine whether a student should receive credit for the class that the AP test covered. For example, I took AP Psychology in high school and received a 5 on the test. I got credit for the basic psychology class offered at my university. That's the primary use that most colleges place on AP scores. The grade you got in the corresponding class is more important in terms of acceptance decisions.
I got a 1 on my French AP test and a 3 on my English test, those scores did not adversely affect my ability to get accepted into good schools, including Notre Dame.
