Normally people don't go under .5 ohm on a 1 ohm level stable subwoofer, if your scared to damage the amplifier I'd suggest you looking into some MMat amplifier, they actually can handle .5 ohm level.
Don't go below the amp's stability level or you WILL fry the amp. .7ohms is pretty low, I would find an amp that can handle it or wire them differently.
Sometimes amps can go slightly below their rated impedances however not a risk I would take either. You can run the amp at 1ohm or anything above but nothing less. Too be safe I would run the sub in series. If you do decide to be brave and run parallel then I suggest you install a 12 volt external cooling fan to keep amp cool. U should know fairly quick if the amp cant handle .7 ohms. If it holds then it may work for awhile but eventually can damage the amp. All really depends on what brand amp u have. Oldschool usa or us amps can handle .5 ohms and the older orion hcca amps as well . The 50hcca and 25hcca were bad muthas. Older soundstream amps went low to
because ohms are the resistance you always want to have the resistance of the speakers greater than the resistance of the amp because if it's not then you WILL burn out the amp. so I'm not sure if you can add the resistance like that and it's something that i personally would not risk.
