I love how you initially make it out to seem like it's ok to attack civilian areas if there are non-civilian factors in them, but then you go on to explain how if you use civilian infrastructure for military purposes its a legitimate target.
It's 2 completely different things dood. You can't attack civilian areas because there are military or militants there. Lebanon has bombed hundreds of targets such as roads, power and water plants, with no military presence there. They've bombed areas where there was no military presence as recorded by BBC and other British media (the US wouldn't cover that shit).
There was NO militant or military present at Qana, a refugee camp filled with mostly woman and children. Stop lying.
