WickedLou9 is a lying sack of shit. He either supports Isreali terror or is a moron.

Didn't happen in Qana did it motherfucker? Where over 30 kids and I believe over 10 woman died at a fucking REFUGEE CAMP. Did it happen at the UN building, where UN peacekeepers called Isreali 6 TIMES to tell them to stop shelling the building?

Dude, I think you need to update your knowledge on law of armed conflict. If you place non-civilian forces in civilian areas you can use military force to blow them the fuck up.

Example... if you house combatants in a hospital, and use the hospital for military operations, that hospital is a legal target.

The UN called upon Lebanon to disband militia groups like Hezbollah. They didn't do it.

This incident is the price Lebanon is paying for not running their country in a responsible way.

If Lebanon had wanted to fix the problem they would have worked with Israel to get rid of the scum. Instead of doing that they're showing who they really are and taking sides with the people that popularized suicide bombing to begin with.

Wow, you're slight of e-pen is brilliant.

I love how you initially make it out to seem like it's ok to attack civilian areas if there are non-civilian factors in them, but then you go on to explain how if you use civilian infrastructure for military purposes its a legitimate target.

It's 2 completely different things dood. You can't attack civilian areas because there are military or militants there. Lebanon has bombed hundreds of targets such as roads, power and water plants, with no military presence there. They've bombed areas where there was no military presence as recorded by BBC and other British media (the US wouldn't cover that shit).

There was NO militant or military present at Qana, a refugee camp filled with mostly woman and children. Stop lying.

Why don't you watch that video and you can see Israeli soldiers beat people laying on the ground, possibly handcuffed? I forget, there were so many incidents. Or why don't you look at the 400+ deaths in Lebanon, 100+ deaths in Palistine, the 30+ children in Qana?

You'll have to excuse the spelling errors, I really don't care.

I'M IN THE FUCKING MILITARY, IT'S MY JOB TO KNOW THE LAW OF ARMED CONFLICT.

If this militant hanging out in his home is a lawful combatant, he can be attacked and killed. If he is not a lawful combatant, he can not legally be attacked. But if he picks up a weapon and becomes an unlawful combatant then he has no rights under the Geneva Conventions.

Can a military not target an enemy barracks? Hell, it's got combatants in it, right? What makes a civilian built house any different?
