Why wont my new radio turn on?

I am assuming you meant to say you re-wired the wiring harness. Anyway it's only going to take twelve volts dc to power it up so just to make sure the stereo/radio works just take the hot lead and the ground lead and hook them directly to a 12vdc battery source. If it does not power up the stereo is hosed, if it does go through the wiring of your harness again. Check you ground first before disconnecting everything as usually people do not ground stereos properly when they install them themselves. Good Luck
 
I just put a new radio in my car the fuse is good i rewrote the wiring harness i checked the power and it just will not turn on.
