Gun carrying, money loving, whilst education and art loathing? That is the culture promoted by the Media in the USA. It's not worth wasting money on building a ministry to represent that. When art, music, architecture and literature are promoted instead of the rot currently seen as 'culture', then it would be worth investing in a ministry to represent and promote it.
