Is that true that the angel is phonetically similar to such notion as to send, the one who God send - in original?

"Angel" comes from the Greek "aggelos", meaning "messenger". The notion of an angel with wings and a halo is based more on cultural art than anything else.

The Apostles were angels within the meaning of the term, as are Bishops. The Revelation begins, "To the angel of the Church in....". It was written to the bishops of the seven cities.
