When people can't afford to pay their bills they end up filing bankruptcy causing the companies they owe to raise prices to compensate for the loss.
I don't know how often you people have to be told the same thing over and over before you comprehend reality.

There are very few poor people that just want a free ride.
The people who want the free ride, are the peope who want to drive on nice roads, want the police to protect their assets, want the government to prevent abortions, but don't want to pay taxes to pay for all of it.


It also does not take a rocket scientist to realize that the more people you make desperate by not helping them, the more people who will have nothing to lose by kicking your richie rich door in and dragging you out into the street and dropping gasoline soaked tires over your head and setting you on fire while they split up your wealth between themselves before you have stopped screaming.

You shouldn't. And if you are referring to healthcare reform specifically then you aren't alone. The 8% payroll penalty on employers means people lose their jobs or work at much lower wages.

I am not well off by any means. I work paycheck to paycheck and Obama seems to be trying his hardest to make life as difficult as possible for people like me.
