why now a days all countries of the world are becoming multi-cultured?

Because we have realized that national culture and not necessary colour is the issue. DNA improves with more diversity as it will chose the best combination, as a result you will see, more adaptive biologies, higher intelligences and basically superior people. The only sad thing is, the stupid and weak will find it harder and harder to get a mate. Like the evolution of the information age now we will see the class system may change to a genetic class system. check history;

military class(ancient age), monetary class (post modern), information age (modern), genetic class (future?)
 
for breeding the best possible unqiue genes, in the past being the same as everyone , wearing the same stuff as everyone and looking the same , was acceptable, nowadays we're looking for an ideal unique self and are enthralled by the mystics of the other olden cultures . Also population reasons , to increase population in areas where the populace might otherwise choose not to.
 
Because it makes sense. Interbreeding enhances the best of us and the bad parts get weeded out if they inversely affect the gene pool of humanity. Mate with who you love, same race, color, creed, sex, it doesn't matter.
