I keep hearing from lawyers and people keep saying it hard to prove that person was fired because of discriminate? Base on old age, race, religion?
I thought it should be easy if a person was fired because of discrimination depend on what his nature was and what other employee got.
Example: one oldest guy out of 300 employee got fired, it easy to sue employer because jury in court will know right away that he is oldest and only because of his age.
