The North of Ireland is in the majority Catholic that means there's more of us are working and paying tax but we don't get dic'k, St Paddy's day we were allowed! to go into the city centre but told we weren't to have any tri colours or else we'd get arrested. The West Belfast Fleadh and the north Belfast fleadh pronounced Flaa is cross community and multi-cultural all self funded with no public money over 200,000 people from across the globe go to it. The Orange marches get millions per year for funding, police control and all of the 6 counties is shut down at intersections so they can march blocking us in. Thats life but now some cross community public funded liberal bunch of middle class beardy buck teethed university lecturers are demanding more money for their multi ethnic parade/festival and they'll get it. St paddy's day pro Irish rights activists plastic Paddy's over in Britain get what they want. I'm pissed off, why can a foreign culture like orange marches and African/Caribbean get public money when the natives are told to get stuffed?
Jared: i understand and respect the right for Orangemen to march, i don't agree they should be publicly funded. 27 million quid per orange season from public money Fuc'ks sake we fund our own schools and kids educations their kids are state funded. 13 million in public money for a vote in stormont for gays to have civil partnerships. Sinn Fein pushed it through the money was wasted by the DUP fighting against it. But when public money is given to some liberal twats to celebrate a totally non native culture then i will get pissed off
Rikstar we are the majority in the north, theres more Catholics working and paying tax to your Government than the Brits let on. We fund ourselves anyway. I don't have enough toes or fingers to add it up but it's a lot of money direct to your country.
Doc it's called Irish, we mightn't be able to spell properly but half of common English slang in usage is Irish. Its smashing! for example.
