why is my assassin not able to use any skill points on maplestory?

so im a level 46 assassin and whenever i try to add a skill point it says lacking level 1 skills. Now ive maxed everything on my thief skills except double stab(b/c im a sin) and disorder. If you know why it isnt working please tell me as soon as possible.also it wont let me add any more skill points to the beginner skills

P.S: i dont have maker skill but i dont think i need for my sin skills,besides it wasnt working before maker skill was able to be gotten
