Why is 99% of "dating self-improvement advice" aimed towards men and not equally 50/50?

By "dating self-improvement advice" I am referring about such things as how to project confidence in dating, how to lead a date (keep things fun/interesting) , things of that sort. Basically anything that instructs how to make a good impression so things lead to a second date....

Couldn't a woman EQUALLY come off as boring, weird, nutty/creepy, lacking confidence, etc? Yet you almost never see this type of advice aimed toward them.
Now my main question: Why is it so automatically assumed that the girl has made a sufficient enough "good impression" and that the onus is on the guy to prove HIS worth?
