Ive been thinking about something.. i know theres alot of people that think marijuana is great and theres people who critize it.. why dont people do reaserch on it instead of just hating on it all the time
ok i see alot of peoples point of view.. But ive been doing alot of research on marijuana,... and not once have i found a case on someone dying.. or becoming permantly ill cause of it .. unlike cigarretes and beer. wich kills millions. i have yet to find a case of something bad happening to someone cause of the use of marijuana. And people who do get into some type of trouble is because thats there personality or because there mixing marijuana with beer or something else but wen they get caught the first thing cops notice is the weed smell and thast wat they get busted for..
last thing i add..

i cant vote but Reverend Master of Curses i completely agree wit ur answer.

There is a great deal of difficulty in finding disinterested and unbiased information. There are notably very few proponents of marijuana who do not personally use it. This is probably significant.

I think some people are more educated in drugs etc than others, every person has the right to learn about drug facts ; I think people who critize people who like marijuana because they know how mad it is illegal, and other people just dont know like teenagers, they think its not a addictive drug just one time trying it wont harm but it will, it depends on the person and the education they have , and influences from tv, magazines any type of media.

Whether or not marijuana is harmful has a great deal to do with how people use it. First of all, some people mix it with alcohol or other drugs, and that changes the whole equation. Then there are people who just plain smoke too much, almost like it's a drinking contest using marijuana instead of alcohol. People who mix it with other intoxicants or smoke too much aren't doing themselves any favors.
But there are people who use it moderately for an entire lifetime and don't cause any harm to themselves or others. It's not for everyone, but for the people who use it intelligently and responsibly there is no reasonable objection to them enjoying a little marijuana now and then.
The situation has a parallel with alcohol. Many people enjoy a glass of wine with dinner every night. It does them no harm, and might even be beneficial. Other people start slamming down shots of whiskey with beer chasers and get thoroughly drunk every night. They are heading for a train wreck.
